Jackie Madden

Bio: Jacquline Madden is currently doing research in the DASH lab and is working on her PhD in computer science at Wright State University. She has obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Northern Kentucky University, and a master’s degree in computer science from Wright State University. She has worked for 6 years in industry working on front-end and back-end development for both an automotive technology company and a military contractor. Her current focus is on computer vision using efficient AI. She has worked on evaluating the effectiveness of very small machine learning models when using a small, very unbalanced dataset of images of the back of the eye to detect glaucoma. In her free time Jacqueline likes to read, play dungeons and dragons, and play video games with her friends.
