Ancita is a PhD student interested in applying natural language processing and machine learning to healthcare, with a focus on understanding both structured and unstructured healthcare data. Her research explores computational approaches for extracting meaningful insights from real-world health data, with growing interests in wearable and patient-generated data. She brings over five years of software engineering experience, including developing healthcare-focused mobile applications for hearing-aid technologies. She is interested in developing data-driven approaches that can help better understand and improve healthcare experiences and outcomes.
